Shipping policy

The delivery time for any location in United States, México varies from 2 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation.

Please note that we provide the tracking code for all products ordered with the tracking option selected at checkout. If the tracking does not work on our website, it will certainly work on one of these:

Tracking codes take 5 to 10 business days to be forwarded from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We will refund the amount related to purchases that are lost or exceed 90 days after payment confirmation to be delivered.

The delivery time varies according to the speed of USPS and customs, but it usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks on average. The final delivery time is up to 5 weeks.

If the stipulated time has passed, we recommend that you contact USPS to clarify the reason for the delay. If USPS is not in possession of your order, contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. If there is a confirmed problem with your order’s logistics, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you ensure the means to enable delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) confirmed delivery attempts, you will have to collect the order at a USPS agency near your address. Storage fees are charged if not collected within 7 calendar days. The fee amount depends on the product's weight/volume.

CUSTOMS TAXATION All products are shipped from abroad and are subject to customs duties upon receipt. The tariff rates are 60% of the purchase value, so if the charged amount is higher than this, please contact us for guidance on how to appeal with USPS.
